Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and money orders. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements may be made with our office.
Insurance
As a service to our patients, we glady prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. We are not part of any manage care network. Keep in mind that your specific policy agreement is between you and your insurance company. You are responsible for your obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.
Your policy may base its allowance on their own fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with most dentist's usual fees. We encourage you to contact your insurance company so that you may know your benefits.
Financing
As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer Capital One. Capital One can help give you the smile you've always wanted by making your procedure more affordable.
